Terrible Service and Unprofessional
Dear Mr Price,
I am tired of phoning your offices without a reply. Yesterday, I waited for over 20 minutes to no avail, I just want to cancel a phone contract. I no longer use the phone, but I continue to pay. Please the contract on ***!! I even visited your stores which indicated that I should phone head office but to no avail. This is terrible service and unprofessional.
