Terrible service and staff not willing to help.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online , I then received an email saying one of the items were out of stick. I then immediately went online and tried to order the " out of stock " order and I was able to . Needless to say , a few hours later I received another email saying that my order was ready for collection . I went to the store to pick up my order and it was just one pair of shoes , in this store they had my "out of stock" item available ?? I then went online again and the "out of stock" item was still available . I called into the complaints contact center and a lady by the name of Samantha tells me to clear my browser history because the item wasn't available online . My browser history was and is not the problem, the problem is people nit being pro-active and not being in the mood to try and assist . So I' left without my refund and without my item " which by the way is definitely in stock " . So I really need to know what is going on with Mr Price ? I need this item delivered ASAP because we PAY for a service and we expect the service to be delivered. How do you allow people to order things which are not in stock ? Please check at Mr Price Sandton City , the item is in stock ( problem solved ) . Please do not reply with poor excuses , I would appreciate that very much .
