terrible service and no professionalism .

I am greatly disappointed with "Mr. Price " and its agents who are responsible for setting up payment arrangements , firstly some woman called me in the morning at 7:30am while in a public transport , she did not ask for a convenient time ,instead she forced to speak to me about my private information on the phone ,even after i informed her to call me back , secondly i asked for a call back at specific times ,10 or 12pm so that i could arrange a payment date ,instead the call back around 2:39 pm while I'm busy working ,and using a cellphone could get me fired , main issue being they your poorly trained employees are responsible for me not having a proper payment date , they are also responsible for my account getting handed over. While they are also responsible for my credit score declining which it has never done in over 2 years , if they had called me when i said they must i would have easily settled this small bill that's not even worth my daughters toy collection , so i am asking not humbly as i am very upset , to get a call from an actual professional who can easily settle this little issue that these *********** people cant even do .
