Terrible service and delivery

<p>I purchase items on the 4th November, it was dispatched on the 6th november, to date (21 November) i have nto received my order. i emailed and called and i keep getting the same response, the next day i will receive my order. </p> <p>i ordered these items for my trip to JHB, which i explained and the trip have now come and gone. i actually purchased these items from store in JHB (i sent proof to your email) i have requested a refund, which i want done immediately, i dont think it would be fair to wait for my money.</p> <p>TERRIBLE SERVICE. I WILL DEFINETELY BE CLOSING MY ONLINE PROFILE!!!!!</p>
