Terrible Service

On the 26th Sept I completed an online order from Mr Price, I selected the express option to have the items se t to me within 3 working days meaning I would get it on the 1st Oct. Today is the 4th and I still have not received my purchase. Upon calling the Mr Price customer care line yesterday I was told unfortunately I would get my items today I was also told that the couriers (On The Dot) had informed them that I live in a high risk area they are afraid their vehicle will be hijacked but what I don't understand is I've gotten items delivered by them countless times in the same area with no problems another thing I was never contacted to be informed of everything going on. So now a week later I'm still waiting with no communication or order, I am utterly disgusted by the service I have received. I want to be contacted immediately.
