Terrible service

I got to the store and told the guard (Makhosazana) at the door that I was there to collect an online order, she, told me to go queue with the rest of the customers, confused I again told her I'm just here to collect and with a bad attitude she reiterated that I should queue with the rest of the people. I stood in the queue for almost 10min, when I got to the cashier (Thandeka), I asked why I should queue if I ordered online, she rudely told me \no one queues for online orders". I asked her why the guard gave me the wrong info"
