Terrible service

I went to Mr Price West street to purchase stuff. I got to the till with slippers that had no tag,it was the last slippers that they had,it took them 30min just to fetch other slippers and the manager was there right in-front of me! The shorts that i bought did not have a tag but i fetched similar shorts with a tag, the person that was assisting me was a trainer and no assistance whatsoever was given to him. after a good 45min im standing there patiently right infront of a manager no apologies whatsoever,poor guy is trying to work out the slip they gave me for the shorts. I ended up not buying anything leaving the store after i had wasted my time. Only thing i was asked was “why did you take clothes that dont have a tag” excuse me sir is that my job???
