Terrible service

I always shop at Mr price in the fourways mall branch, however today I had a terrible experience.

From the time I asked the sales Consultant to assist and this guy said he's coming, whe I turned my back he just continued with his job, I then asked another sales Consultant who pointed me at another and that other sales Consultant mumbled something and walked away, I eneded up assisting myself by just pulling the clothing off the hangers cos they were out of my reach.

I go to the tills and since I'm pregnant I stand up front in the queue, this guy was assisting his 2 colleagues that took forever at the till, after they were done I proceeded to his ti and he said he's with another customer, I then moved back, as soon he was done he logged out his till wanting to leave me there I then stopped him telling him my feet r already sore and I cannot wait any longer, he complained that why am I waiting for him specifically, I had pants that were marked down however they told me they are not on promotion and called their manager who accused me of putting the red tag there, Refilled Mogale proceeded in saying that she does not believe in the consumer right that sags " the price you see is the price you pay" as a lot of customers are *******. We argued for a while and she told me I have to pay full price and left me there, I then asked for a refund for stuff I bought and I was asked to fill in some information tired as I was of standing I just figured I had to just go and left my money since they were refusing to give me.
