Terrible service

Most horrible experience ever. Terrible customer service. I opened an Mr price account and extra insurance plans were added on. Since noticing it I immediately asked for it to be canceled. Received and sms to say it would be canceled however Mr price did not cancel it and instead refuse to cancel the plans when request. An agent from Mr price phones and toys to convince me to keep the plans but I told them no and that I was working and to phone later. Instead they never phoned back. I had to contact back and all Mr price says is send an email and it will be canceled. I have done this multiple times but get no response and Mr price refuse to assist and just keep the plans on my account which I do not want.
