Terrible Service

I am disgusted in the lack of service received from Mr Price. I want to close my account - i have sent numerous emails, with no replies. I have tried to call but unable to talk to anyone, they advise you to email. When you log onto their website to chat to custom service live, they are absolutely no help. Terrible service!!
