Terrible service

Mr Price Home Cresta gave us the worst service today! We were standing in the queue just like everyone else and because the lady behind us was in a rush and couldn't wait, she was put ahead of us without any explanation! When we asked the cashier (Lerato Sejake) what was going on she rudely answered us by saying "I was already helping the customer" but how when we were all in the queue?

The tone and the service Lerato Sejake gave us was totally disrespectful as we are also customers who were in the store to spend money.
