Terrible service

I was promised a response by Lucky yesterday and I did not receive anything from him, today I go on their chat now option and Maria ends our chat after I told her not to when I tried to connect again she joined the chat and ended the chat immediately. What a pathetic service, as I am typing this I have been holding for 10 minutes to speak to an agent and they say all their agents are busy, I spoke to Zibuyile before and she said she will call me back she did but I could not hear her and she didn't even bother to call again. I have been patient long enough with the bad service from Mr Price, I always let it slide but it seems like the service gets worse each time. I am actually ****ed off by their lack of customer service
