Terrible Service

I Bought items online from Mr Price and received a confirmation SMS. When logged in to track these parcels, they were back in my basket doubled the amount that I ordered them for. Using the online chat box, after two hours someone responded to my inquiry to inform me that there was a glitch and my order was not processed and they had no obligation to let me know. Instead they only want me to buy the products at a higher rate. The consultants on the online chat box is rude and just leaves the chats to where you will need to go back in a queue and wait for another 2/3 hours. Next Step - Closure of account. Not doing any business with them again!
