terrible service

I went to MR PRICE GATEWAY two days ago and saw navy ballet pumps there I was looking for two size 12s and one size2,i found the size 2 but not the size 12,mr price headoffice when I called them actually informed me that gateway has size 12,the girl in the kids shoes department said she would look in the boxes and phone me,no phoencall I call now the assistant store manager tells me they never receive it cos it shows zero on the system but I saw it with my own eyes,what goes on??highly irritated with the incompetency of mr price as this is for my wedding
