Terrible service

I am not happy with Mr price money,

Their service is disgusting. I made payment on their not so functioning app on the 27th of September and it still hasn’t reflected on my account. I have made numerous calls and the response from Yvonne Gasa was that people are working from home and I can’t be transferred to anyone senior.

We are currently at level 1 yet I’m being told that I can’t be assisted because people are working from home? How convenient! Now my account will be in arrears with my R1100 floating somewhere in their account mind you I was given an email to send proof of payment on “*** and no one has attended to my query.

This is appalling. ADVICE: NEVER USE THEIR APP.
