Terrible service

<p>According to my knowledge,the fourways mall mr price store closes at 6pm on weekdays. Today after work I went to mr price to exchange a dress that doesn't fit. At about 17h45 I approached the fitting room to try on a few items to see which one fits, to my surprise -the lady that is in charge of the fitting room has blocked the hallway with clothing rails saying "she" is closed! Her colleague tried to explain to her the reason I needed to use the fitting room (which was completely unnecessary hence I need not to explain to anyone why I wanna buy clothes) Krinsy, I believe that's her name, started throwing tantrums, being all melodramatic with a stinking attitude, left the fitting room unattended, was shouting at her colleague, leaving me standing there looking like a fool -so I went inside anyway since it was open, only to find that none of the clothes actually fit (see why I needed the fitting room?). I believe that the is a more formal approach to deal with customers cause you have no idea what the next person has been through. Krinsy was acting like a 5 year old and that totally disgusted me, cause if I recall -it's actually not the first time this thing happens, it's just that I am not sure if it was the same childish Krinsy or not</p>
