Terrible service

I have been trying for months now to cancel a policy with Mr Price Money to no avail. E mails are returned as undelivered. When I do get hold of another department, I'm told they will sort it out. I then get an e mail declaring that my query has been resolved but absolutely NOTHING was done. I doubt there is anybody working in the cancellation department. Disgusting service.
