Terrible sales pitch and **** like sales tactics , *********** online consultants

Sales people over the phone are poor at communicating their sales pitch and use deceit to trick you into packages you don't want , I ended up getting a tracking email for a Sim card package and I immediately spoke to an online consultant to cancel in which they said they did , and it was not actually cancelled and I got the sim card , I've left it in the package and been charged for 4 months for something I asked to cancel nor wanted .
