Terrible overall assistance!

What a joke call Centre. I phoned the call Centre numerous times to advise that my handbag was ****** along with my MR Price card and that it needs to be blocked. I phoned about 3 times before I was assisted. I then asked the agent how can I pay the account in the mean time and I was advised banking details will be sent to me which never came through, I then went in store and was told I can not pay my account without a card. I asked to be issued a new card and was told they were out of stock. I then phoned the call Centre for assistance again and got no where so I gave up. I then get a call being told my account is now in arrears and after a long fight asked to be put through to a manager and was transferred to a legal department and that agent laughed with me as I was yet again put through to the wrong department and she cannot send me bank details either. I was put through to another lady who was rude. So still no banking details and 30 mins on a call for nothing.
