Terrible online service.

I ordered some clothes online that was never delivered , I have written a review here previously about the issue, two weeks have passed and still nobody has contacted me, I still don't know where my order valued at R684 has disappeared to, their phone lines just ring , nobody answers. I would like a refund however it appears that its not even possible to contact Mr Price to request a refund.
