Terrible online ordering experience

Worst experience ever with online ordering. I ordered from MrP online on 26 June. It's now 1 month later, and I still have not received my package. Just to be told yesterday (via a very incomplete email) that the package was returned to MrP as 'not able to deliver' and a refund was processed as a voucher on my accoun. NO ONE called me to tell me about this, I cannot find a voucher anywhere on my account. Also, who says I wanted a voucher, your service is so useless, i NEVER want to buy from MrP again, i want a refund inthe form of money in my account. I'm very dissappointed, I gave address via email, whatsapp and a consultant that called me, yet you returned my order as 'not able to deliver...? What the actual fudge...? I want to be called my someone senior to explain how this can happen.
