Terrible online collection

I was at MrP Maponya Mall to collect someone’s online order. I waited 23 mins for an online collection while they assisted other clients at another till for online collections. I asked the lady what’s happening and she said she didn’t see me, she thought I had left when her colleagues kept passing asking me if I’ve been assisted. She has the nerve to tell me it my fault, why was I still standing at that till when I could see her at another till. This is purely unacceptable from MrP employees, they lack of urgency and respect for peoples time is always unaccounted for!!!
