Terrible managerial service

Mr price sea point has the worst manager-staff relationships. I've been in the store a few times and all those times the managers seem to just be losing around, sitting on step ladders and chatting on their phones, not even acknowledging customers. Abuse of power is also extremely evident in this store. Managers seem to call workers every time a customer seeks help. What is wrong with them? Is it because they are managers they cannot do anything? This is so wrong.
