TERRIBLE MANAGER

<p>I was at Mr Price in Paarl Mall today. I went to return something and I wasn't sure about something on my slip so I went back and asked someone behind the till. It was the store manager. Then while she was looking on her computer I clicked what it was on my slip so I told her that it's fine and that she don't have to go to any trouble because I remember what it was. She then threw the slip back at me. I said in a pollite way that she didn't need to be rude. She then screamed at me and said she wasn't rude and that I am the one being rude. She screamed at me while there were customers waiting in the queue. I was schocked at the way she treats clients and then she is the store manager. I wish I got her name. No wonder Mr Price is going down the drain. I will never shop there again.</p>
