Terrible experience with Mr Price Sam Ntuli

Went to Mr Price Sam Ntuli yesterday, I was refered to them by Mr Price Mall of the South because they had sizes that I needed. however going there was just a waste of my time and petrol. Mr Price is running a promotion on Golfers Shirts, you pay R100 for each golfer when you buy 2, The promotion notice is there for us customers to see but I was refused the discount, was told told the system isn't scanning promotion prices. How does the store put a promotion notice but refuse us the discount? Is it False advertising? The store manager Nathi also told me there is nothing he can do..

I feel frustrated and I'm not happy at all with the service I received from Sam Ntuli especially from the store manager Nathi.. when I told him I bought few more shirts from Mall of the South and Then Glen, he asked me to bring the receipt so he can see proof, I went to my car fetched the slips for him hoping to be assisted but he still refused to assist me.
