Terrible Experience

I ordered online on the 2nd of May and till today my order hasn't arrived. I had to send an email to tracking services before the ship the order, still, the order has not arrived at my door. I paid for a delivery fee. Mr. Prices' services are poor, the customer service line doesn't respond, I am really not happy!
