Terrible customer service received!!!!!!!!!

<p>Good day</p> <p>I am a monthly shopper at Mr Price and a Mr Price account holder. I am from Durban, it was my first time at Liberty Midlands mall in Pmb. The incident happened on 1 October 2016, at around 1:45. I politely asked the cashier who had been with the hand held receipt machine for assistance on whether i can stand in his que because I want to use my Mr Price card to make payment of my monthly instalment which i wanted to pay with my bank card and also purchase some items with my Mr Price card. He looked at me in an annoyed manner and just rep**** in a unfriendly tone 'Go stand in that other line I will call you when im done'. I stood in the other line over 10 minutes and still he didnt come to assist me, eventually i was helped by another cashier at the till point. I have shopped at many Mr Price stores before and always received excellent customer service but this experience at the store in Midlands mall in pmb just shocked me. It seems the staff are not trained, he lacked respect and was rude and not helpful. <br />The cashier who gave me terrible customer service was just disappointing and made my first visit to pmb midlands mall Mr Price a terrible experience. His name was Philani and was with the hand held receipt machine.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p>
