Terrible customer service from Mr Price, Campus square.

Cashiers at Mr Price Campus square(Not MR price Home) have a stinking attitude. Their service is terrible. I went to exchange something I had bought after work, when I got into the line, they all started indirectly saying "you see them coming one by one to exchange/refund, shame we are offline" they kept on saying such among themselves . I know that they wanted us to hear but we stood in the cue anyway because people who came to purchase staff, their orders were being processed.

When i get into the line, the lady that was assisting me (whose face I will never forget because WOW the level of disrespect towards customers??) I tell that I came to exchange and she tells me that they are ofline, which was cool. So because I had already picked something new to exchange with, I did not know whether to take it home with me or not. I ask her politely, So do I take this home with me or not? since the exchange was not done. HER DISGUSTING RESPONSE WAS "I DO NOT KNOW' and she walked away. Did she really have to say, I DO NOT KNOW and top it off with "walking away"
