Terrible customer service for RCS credit card holders

I had the worst experience at Mr Price Alberton the passed two days, they literally have the worst customer service especially towards customers using RCS store credit cards under other stores. Between RCS and Mr Price there is a very big miscommunication that is putting us consumers in a very humiliating position when making purchases. I'm appalled at the treatment!
