Terrible customer service and exchange policy

I am so disappointed in the service I received at Mr Price. I went to the store and found a matching bra and panty set, one in Grey and one in pink at R300 together. When it was time to pay, the price on the tag was less than what was on the system so when I pointed it out & asked him to change it, the consultant rudely says oh well its only R10 more on each one, why can't you just pay it. First of all, that is not how you speak to a customer. He was rude and arrogant. I also asked a consultant if I could try on the bra to check the size & they refused, said it was not allowed, also very rude and dismissive . So here's my question, if we buy underwear, how will we know if it fits if we're not allowed to try the bra on. A panty I can understand due to hygiene however all women are different n cuts differ in different stores. Out of frustration and me really wanting the underwear, I paid for it & left. When I got home, tried it on, it fits however the workmanship is pathetic. There is cotton sticking out from all over the bra, the lacy design on the bra is sticking out in certain spots and the panties have a lacy design which is also falling apart. I went back to the store yesterday to explain and show them and as usual, more rudeness from the consultant. Before I could explain properly, he said that there are no refunds, called the next customer. I was basically just dismissed. I spent R300 on something I will never be able to use because the quality of it is terrible, I got treated unfairly which is against TCF policy. I've done all my shopping and my 3 year olds clothing at Mr Price for years which is most likely never going to happen again... Such a disappointment
