Terrible customer service

Good day.

I'd like to advise on the fact that Mr price bluff durban branch has no customer service skills.

I went instore to exchange an item to which the store did not have in size, I opted to take another item in place of the item I needed to exchange.

The store manager refused to give me my difference of the item I paid for and instead that I further buy more items in store for the difference as they did not have gift vouchers as well.

I find this very appaling and unacceptable.she went on further to say that they cannot assist any further and I should lay a complaint if I feel like.

I would like this matter resolved as I find this behavior disgusting.
