Terrible customer service

The worst customer service. I've had an account with them for quite some time. Ive been paying consistently, never missed a payment. My credit was increased, I was not formally informed or communicated with. They never sent me statements from the time I opened the account. Recently purchased with the account, I was not notified of any Changes regarding interest rate. After months of paying, I get an email from my credit score reporter notifying me that my credit score went down 24points!!! Reason was -missed payment and I had paid up to date. When I called, the agent did not explain and was not helpful at all. She just told me she will send a statement and that I had to pay an amount, I dont understand why this was not communicated . This is not the first time I'm having issues with Mrp . I am very dissatisfied. My credit score is messed up due to their lack of communication. I'm closing this account as soon as I finish paying. I never want to deal with them and their response team.
