terrible customer service

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service at your Mr Price store located on Springs Avenue. I have encountered several issues during my recent visits that I believe need to be addressed. On Friday, 4th March 2023, at around 16:00, I visited the store and found that the staff were mopping the floors. As a result, I was unable to access certain areas of the store because the floors were wet. When I went to the shoe section, I was informed that I could not look at the shoes because the floor needed to dry. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I eventually left the store without making a purchase. On Saturday, 15th March 2025, at around 15:00, I visited the store again and encountered the same issue. The staff were mopping the floors, and at 15:30, when I went to the fitting room to try on some clothes, I was informed that the fitting rooms were closed. I asked what time the store closed and was told it was at 16:00. The staff members were extremely rude, and their irritation was evident as they mopped the floors and customers walked in the areas they had cleaned. I am concerned that customers in this store are being treated poorly, possibly because it is located in a low-income area. The customer service at this store is extremely poor, and I believe this matter needs to be addressed urgently. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide me with feedback on the actions taken to improve the customer experience at this store.
