Terrible customer service

***** was done on my account on the 24-01-2020, I submitted all the documents on the 25th like I was advised to they said I will receive feedback within 21working days.Today when I called I Gugulethu told me that the ***** department received my documents on the 7th of February and they are waiting for the store to send them the receipt I must call again on Tuesday when the person who is dealing with my case will be back she can’t even tell me how long the investigation will take there’s no time frame .Talk about no accountability and Terrible customer service.How ridiculous.
