Terrible Customer Service.

Ordered two products online, collected my package yesterday, when I opened the package, the facial cleanser had leaked out. I called Mr Price to complain about it, they opened up a case and said someone will be in contact with me. I have phoned 4 times this morning and they have been dropping all my calls.
