TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went to Mr price Cleary park cleary yesterday to collect an online order, of which i already paid for. The manager of the store did not want to release my order as she said how does she know i paid for it., when infact if you do mot pay for ur online order within 48hours of placing the order it automatically gets cancelled. So how could i have not paid when my order was delivered and on the system it showed that my amount due was R0.00. <br> You only require proof of ID and order number for collection .<br> Places another online order today and gave my mom the payment details. when she went to the store they did not want to accept the payment telling her that you only pay when the order is delivered. But if you do not pay within 48hours they cancel you order....as explained above. I then asked my mom to give the phone to the person that told her and they did not want to speak to me, saying they are busy.TERRIBLE SERVICE! To top it off the store manager doesn't even know how the online order works. I felt humiliated and like a *****. The Manager even had the audacity to ask me \how can she be sure some one paid for this
