Terrible Customer Service

I am once again appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer service at the hands of Mr Price staff. I was in a queue at your Mr Price Daveyton Mall store when the cashier (Phuthi) kept on allowing people to cut the line. When I approached her, she gave me an attitude and told me that this a favour that she and fellow mall colleagues do for each other in their particular stores. I told her, that was not policy and she continued to say "well that's how we operate at this store" I was shocked beyond belief and would really like to find out if this is the case. Because if it is then I can no longer be a paying customer to such.
