Terrible customer service!

They have very back seri earth when it comes to fixing your account. Charge you unknown, unauthorized covers on your account. After trying to cancel these for a year now via email, phone calls and store walk ins. I can confirm that the customer service in this regard is disgusting! No feedback, no helpfulness nothing! All they do is want money from you from things they force on you! ?♀️

What does one do after an entire year of reaching out??!!

I will refuse to pay any longer for services that I hate so much!
