Terrible customer service

I called Mr Price call centre 4 times on Saturday.Besides the fact that my call was dropped 3 times, Noxulu very aggressively told me its due to loadshedding and its out of their control when i told her about my struggle. I was promised a call back Saturday from Noxolo and as expected nothing materialised.Customer service is non-existent
