Terrible credit customer service

Mr Price is a money *****ing company that doesn’t care about its customers credit record but rather wants to take take take. I had my mr price account since 2011 and paid it off and closed the account in 2021 at mall of the south Mr Price Home. They still continued to keep my account open charging me for insurances that should have been canceled when I closed my account. Money *****ing company’s in these hard times honestly don’t care about us as consumers
