Terrible, bad service

So I get hold of Mr price to out where my order is and the consultant Lucky Shange cannot even assist me properly. I am ferious at this people. He keeps telling me I took a 5 to 7 day delivery when I took the 2 to 3 day delivery fee. Pathetic, disgusting. I don't feel I want to ever buy from them again because of their bad customer service and *********** people.
