Terrible attitude of Supervisor

One of the white male supervisors at the Mr Price clothing store in Matlosana Mall Klerksdorp needs to be taught some type of customer service. I had a very bad experience at the above store whereby I was query a return with one of the staff members there and was not even speaking to him and he started butting in.Whilst I was speaking to him he was rolling his eyes at me and saying in a very sarcastsic way yes mam and the rolled his eyes at me again. Is this the calibre of people that you employ in your managerial positions????? The other lady supervisor said that she would address the matter which I can say with cer*****y that this was not done. Are we now as the customers who pay these peoples salaries supposed to accept this type of service???????????????
