Terrible attitude and bad service

Very bad service, the mr price in dobsonville has the worst service, they are forever offline, it's been at least 2 years now... Every time you ask for a return they tell you, the systems are offline... Then they try cover up by saying come 2mrro morning before 10am..like what?? What time does the shop open?? So you have like 20min to return that item... But it's all lies, cause at 1 stage I rocked up there very early.. And asked to see the manager, which she was pushed by me to process that return... As for the old lady security, is worse she responds like if she owns the shop.. With bad attitude.
