Terrible and pathetic customer service from Mr P online

I have made an online order on the 31st Jan 2022 for an amount of R1 264.89. #***. Til this day i have not received my order or my gift card as promised.

I have spoken to the 1st agent after i have made my own enquiries with the courier that my order was hijacked. His name is Sabheshian (excuse my spelling) 2nd aget was Busisiwe Ndebele who said my 2nd application of a gift card will be done and i will receive an email within 48hours. its a week later, nothing. i asked her to ask the manager to call me, none of them called me. today 18th Feb 2022, i just spoke to Palesa who also has no clue of what is happening with my order or the gift card that Sabatian promised to process for me. She has also requested the managers to call me.

I am livid.
