TERRIBLE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

Horrible, you call in advance to make a payment arrangement to squash the amount owed on your account and they will anyway not assist you! you are place on hold about 10 times, your first call you are friendly and by the time you get to where you need to be you've spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining what you need from them!

You get a "hai, shame" attitude and a proper middle finger to go with it. How is it possible for one company to help you seamlessly with the same situation and one to royally **** you off even though you've been nothing but loyal to them!!??
