Terrible

I have made numerous call back requests for them to call me back with regards to my account..... on thier site they have the chat option but no1 replies to you, I need to sort out something urgently with regards to my account with them but no1 is assisting me, but let me not pay my installment for 1 month and watch how they will attempt to call me everyday stating I need to make payment. You guys do not have good customer service, yourl are ever so quick to want to call and sign people up but when it comes to them needing help yourl are pathetic
