TELEPHONIC HARASSMENT 30/09/2016 12:10

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I received a phone call from a conultant giving the false names of Clinton Khumalo and Tony Tshabalala.</p> <p>I had advised the Consultant that i was not interested in the Product or "General Knowledge" as he put it. He kept calling back and said "I will keep calling you until you isten and until your battery dies" and proceeded to laugh, and called back at least 9 times. This is pure harassment and violationg my rights as a consumer. He kept persisting and even asked "Why are you such an Angry woman". He spoke to my supervisor and when she had advised I am here to do my job not sit and listen to silly calls and products that i am not interested in, in turn he said "I can call you as many times as i like and there is nothing you can do" He is a rude and an arrognt individual and needs to learn respect for his clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am deeply disguted by the way the staff at Mr Price are trained to harass clients, insult them and humiliate them. I was a very good account Customer at Mr Price. I closed my account with good standing. I am a regular Customer at all Mr Price branches in Johannesburg. If this is the way Mr Price allows their staff to speak to Clients i will gladly stop all my purchases and advise them that Mr Prices services are shocking. As a consumer I do not owe Mr Price anything it is my right to choose what and where I would like to Purchase Goods and Services.</p> <p> </p> <p>I excpect feedback within the next 24hrs or i will be taking this to the Consumer Council to report this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Mrs. Shaista Haniff.</p>
