Technical Error, Out of Stock and deliver issue

<p>I am appalled by the service received by Mr Price. I made an online purchase ans when the package was due to arrive I was unable to track this and after enquirying only to find out there was a technical error and my order was not processed. Then when the got processed the item was out of stock. When I asked for the to be dilvered to my address as I am unable to collect at the store due to this inconvenience they advise this cannot be done. After emailing back and fourth getting frustated I ask for a contact number to speak to Sithembiso Ndlovu the person dealing with my complaint my request gets ignored. All I ask for is that my order gets delivered to my address because of their error and this cannot be done. This is terrible and I will make sure to share this with my people and will longer be making purchases with them. Disgusted by the service provided.</p>
