Tebogo saved the day for Mr Price

Overall, I had a pleasant shopping experience, 100% thanks to the friendliness and assistance of Tebogo, who went above and beyond to assist me as best as he could to help me find the jeans I was looking for.

Frustratingly, when I got home, I realised the one pair of jeans was about a inch shorter than the pair I fitted on. Exact same label everything, just different lengths.

Returning the faulty pair of jeans, I was once again assisted by Tebogo, who again went the extra mile finding to find me jeans to fit on (I had to fit on multiple jeans, as every jean fits differently, some being downright uncomfortably tight, even though all are the exact same label and size).

Tebogo, thank you for your service excellence, you deserve 5 stars. Mr Price, with the inconsistent sizing and fit of what is supposed to be the same item, a 2 star rating is more in line. At least the pricing is decent, and quality seems solid.
