Tablet error

have a problem on the 28 January I bought a tablet at Mr Price clothing greenstone the lady called Zakithi help me and told me if the phone has a problem of the network I must bring it back so I went home with the tablet so on the second day that tablet started to give me problems with a network it was on and off so I told myself let me wait maybe is the place I am staying to the third day it continues with that problem on the 2rd of February I took it back and explain to Zakithi's work partner Trinity the guy took the phone and told me he gonna take it to the technician the following day so I must come back in three days.I went on the fourth day when I get there I found Zakithi and she said to me they just took the phone yesterday I must come next week then I waited next week when I go there she told me the phone is not back yet then I told her I have waited so long for the phone rather they put my money back into the account she refused.i waited until I wrote a email to the head office they did not respond I saw the number on my slip then I called complaining about it then they transferred me to the Area manager of the shop I explain to her she understands me and say she will call me back when she finished talking to them and then Zakithi **** to her that she contacted me and when I left my phone that guy did not ask for my numbers when I left the phone so I ask that Area manager if she did contact me which phone dd she call me to so I told her I don't want that phone cause I waited so long I even bought a new phone since she said she will invitigate the case she will come back to me I have been waiting nothing is happening we spoke on the 2rd of march please help me to get my money back
